Lean Hospitals 3rd Edition ShadowMy publisher and I have produced an updated, expand, and revised third edition of the award-winning, best-selling book Lean Hospitals; Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employe Engagement. The release date was June 2016.

The title and subtitle remain the same, but there will be a new tagline, as well:

Redesigning Care and Improving Processes to Achieve and Sustain Results for Patients, Staff, Physicians, and Health Systems

The book has been significantly re-edited and expanded (from 240 to about 320 pages) to include:
