You can order the 3rd edition (learn more) a few different ways, including bulk orders through the publisher.

Signed copies are no longer available but you can request a free signed “book plate” from the author.

The third edition is a “print replica” Kindle book, which works better on a large iPad, tablet, Kindle Fire, or computer. It looks exactly like the printed book pages, which has pros and cons. It looks like a PDF, but you can highlight it and store notes. You get page references, but you can’t resize the text. Click either photo for a larger view.
If you prefer the older-style “plain text” Kindle book where you can re-size the text (and read easier on an e-ink Kindle device), I recommend you buy the second edition Kindle book.
