I’ve partnered with Todd A. Clarke to create a poster summary of some of the concepts in the revised 3rd edition of Lean Hospitals.

This 18″x24″ PDF summarizes some of the Why, What, and How of Lean in healthcare. It also includes some “myths” about Lean along with some “truths” that should help counter those. A longer list of “What Lean Is” and “What Lean Is Not” appears in Chapter 2 of the new edition.
